Processing Time
Orders placed before 5:00 pm Melbourne time on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at or after 5:00 pm, on weekends or on Victorian public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
If an unexpected dispatch delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.
Orders are sent using Australia Post or Couriers Please, depending on the delivery address and available service.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been dispatched, standard delivery usually takes approximately 2–8 business days within Australia.
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
