Welcome to All4DogTreats.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit, browse, purchase from or otherwise use the All4DogTreats website and online store (the "Services").
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies published on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

3. Our Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because many All4DogTreats products are natural animal products, individual treats may naturally vary in size, shape, colour, texture and appearance. These natural variations are not necessarily product defects.
Product photographs are provided as a general representation. Colours and appearance may also vary depending on your screen or device.
Ingredients, pack sizes, product formats and other details are described on the relevant product page. Please review the product information before purchasing.
We may update product descriptions, packaging or availability from time to time where reasonably necessary.
We may discontinue products or limit quantities where stock or supply is unavailable.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Dog Treat Use and Safety
Our edible products are intended as treats or chews for dogs unless otherwise stated.
Always choose a product appropriate for your dog's size, age, eating behaviour and chewing style, and follow any product-specific information provided on the relevant product page or packaging.
Natural chews should be given under supervision. Remove a chew if it becomes unsuitable for continued chewing or small enough to present a swallowing risk.
Individual dogs can respond differently to foods and ingredients. If your dog has a diagnosed allergy, dietary condition or other medical concern, follow the dietary advice of your veterinarian.
Information provided on our website is general product information and is not veterinary or medical advice.
5. Orders
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may need to review payment, stock availability, delivery details or suspected fraud before processing an order.
We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- we cannot deliver to the supplied address; or
- fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products using the original payment method, unless another lawful arrangement is agreed with you.
If you notice an error in your order or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices displayed on our Australian online store are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and unavoidable charges will be displayed as required by applicable law.
All4DogTreats currently offers free standard shipping Australia-wide, subject to our Shipping Policy.
Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by law.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available through our checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your order.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes or special offers.
A promotion may be subject to additional conditions stated with the offer, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product exclusions or limits on use.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
We may refuse or cancel the use of a promotional code where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the stated promotion conditions.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Our current shipping arrangements, processing times and estimated delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally sent using Australia Post or Couriers Please, depending on the delivery address and available service.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by the delivery location, carrier delays, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your parcel appears delayed, missing or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can assist and, where appropriate, work with the relevant carrier to investigate the issue.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to non-delivery, damaged products or products that do not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
9. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Our change-of-mind policy provides additional rights and does not replace or limit rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Goods sold to consumers come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Among other things, products must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for any purpose that was disclosed and relied upon where the law requires.
If a product does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the remedy available will depend on the circumstances and whether the failure is major or minor.
Where required by law, remedies may include a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Nothing in these Terms or any other All4DogTreats policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
10. Product Availability and Listing Errors
We aim to keep product availability, prices and descriptions accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain an error or stock may become unavailable after an order is submitted.
If we identify an obvious error or cannot supply an ordered product, we may contact you to discuss available options or cancel the affected product and issue an appropriate refund.
We will not knowingly rely on an error in a way that removes rights you have under applicable law.

Shopify provides technology and infrastructure that allows us to operate our online store. Purchases from All4DogTreats are transactions between you and All4DogTreats, not purchases from Shopify.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that All4DogTreats has to you under applicable law.

We do not seek through these Terms to exclude responsibility for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where applicable law requires us to provide a remedy or compensation.
19. Indemnity for Unlawful Use
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for loss reasonably incurred by All4DogTreats as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to the extent the loss was caused or contributed to by All4DogTreats or where applying the provision would be prohibited by law.

Termination of website access does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, including rights relating to completed purchases, refunds, consumer guarantees or privacy.
